Tooling design lies at the heart of the C2M offering as two of the staff are qualified tool makers. The pair have a combined 40 years plus experience of tool design and manufacture. Working with the design side, the products developed at C2M are designed for manufacture thus making the tooling easier to develop and produce.

The tool above was designed to produce the 'Tappa' product and was initially priced at 14K which was reduced to 6K with the involvement of C2M. We also has experience of special purpose machines and has built equipment for many blue chip organisations and SME's looking to utilise our innovative approach to solve many issues. We also have extensive experience of jigs and fixture design and have worked with aerospace companies to develop fixtures to reduce machining time and develop a 'one-hit' machining process.

Using the MAS/NEPA approach in the region we can also put you in touch with practitioners of best practice methods who can offer funding for improvements.
